I’m a Product Designer with a strong UI craft and a structured UX approach. I design and improve digital journeys across mobile, web and desktop, especially in environments where complexity is real: payments, regulated products, multi-scenario flows and operational constraints.
My way of working usually starts with understanding the existing journey, gathering user feedback, looking at analytics, challenging assumptions, and testing early. I care about clarity, edge cases, wording, accessibility and the quality of delivery as much as the happy path.
Recently, I worked on projects such as Wero account linking, a professional card-ordering journey, online appointment booking, and the redesign of a critical mobile login flow that helped bring app NPS back to +30.
